- Eighth Maine Regiment, Peaks Island, ME 04108. 207-766-5086. Very reasonable rooms available, a short walk from the ferry. It is a large, funky, older-style residence, a memorial to the solders of the 8th Maine Regiment. Speak with Dick or Steve Adams, 2 day minimum stay.
- Portland Regency, 20 Milk St., Portland, ME 04101 207-774-4200 or 800-727-3436. A 95 room hotel based around a century old Armory, baths, dining room, and full health spa, located in the Old Port close to the ferry. Check out their lodging and kayak package!
